Buy It Now on Saks: TOM FORD Beauty Summer 2013 Collection (Limited Selection)

Note: As of April 25, the full collection is now available on Neiman Marcus. Details here.

If you have been waiting somewhat (in)patiently since February for the release of the TOM FORD Beauty Summer 2013 Collection, you are in luck! Even though the official U.S. launch date for the collection is May 1st, Saks Fifth Avenue has already started to sell a few of the items online. (NOTE:  For those wondering, cosmetics and fragrances are excluded from the 25% off Friends & Family Sale (code FRNFAM2) currently going on at Saks, but you can use the code SFASHIP for free shipping on orders of $200+.)

These Limited-Edition Collections always sell-out so I am going to place an order immediately. I’d love to hear from you – will you be purchasing anything or have you decided to skip this one altogether?

sahara_noir

Sahara Noir Eau de Parfum ($150/1.7oz)

According to Ford, “Sahara Noir is rich and exotic; it wraps the balsamic, incense-touched notes of frankincense in gold and honey-colored light. Middle Eastern culture has an extraordinary appreciation for the luxurious, emotional and memorable qualities of fragrance; perfume is worn there in a way that feels very familiar to me. Sahara Noir is my interpretation of this heritage. It is a deep and substantial perfume that caresses the senses… inspired by the mystery and luxury of the Middle East.

Super excited about several of these products! I’m almost out of my TF blush…may need to place an order and throw these in too.

P.S.: LOVING my nail lacquer set, B! I use my colors all the time. But I always come back to Carnal Red. My favorite red, ever.

P.P.S: The videos on your right rail aren’t working, honey. When you click them, they indicate that they are private.

Hi V, thanks for the heads up on the videos – I think they are fixed now (I hope!). And SO happy you are loving the lacquer set… I actually haven’t tried Carnal Red yet but I have Scarlet Chinois and I am a fan! I am not sure how I feel about the new Summer polish yet (Vapor). Pearly white doesn’t usually do much for me, but we’ll see.

I am dying to get my hands on the lip lacquer and the two cream eye colors… and maybe the cheek colors. Who am I kidding… I want it all.

OH. If you haven’t tried the bronzer YOU MUST. It is to die for. It’s a re-release of 2012’s Terra and Gold Dust which were both AH-mazing.

Let me know if you try anything!

P.S. LOVING your newest post. Read it earlier today and, as usual, you hit the nail right on the head!
