It’s almost time.
The launch of the TOM FORD Beauty Fall 2014 Flawless Complexion and Color Collections is almost here… just a few more weeks to go.
A few more loooooong weeks.
The good news is, we have some new images to keep us excited while we wait!

I’ve gotten a lot of questions about the new TOM FORD Beauty Traceless Perfecting Foundation SPF15 that
is being released in August IS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE NOW as part of the new Flawless Complexion Collection. Most of the inquiries revolve around 2 things:
- Is the new Traceless Perfecting Foundation replacing the existing Traceless Foundation SPF15?
- Is this a completely new formulation, or just a new name and delivery system?
Here is what I can tell you.
NEROLI PORTOFINO is one of my most reached for fragrances during the summer months. It’s a clean and fresh citrusy scent, which is exactly what I look for when it’s hot and humid outside. Given its standing as one of the most popular scents in the TOM FORD Beauty Private Blend Collection, it is no surprise the line is expanding with the addition of two completely new fragrances: COSTA AZZURRA and MANDARINO DI AMALFI. People have been waiting rather impatiently for these to launch this summer, myself included.
Well… I have some good news.
Thank you to everyone who entered to win the 2014 TOM FORD Beauty Summer Color Collection. The response to the giveaway was absolutely tremendous…I wish I had more than one prize to give, but alas that is not the case.
So without further ado, the winner is…

If you follow me on social media you probably noticed I was going just a tad crazy over the upcoming Fall 2014 TOM FORD Beauty Color Collection. Representatives from the Brand previewed the collection to beauty editors this month and some of the guests were kind enough to share some sneak peeks online!

The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute Gala was held on Monday, May 5, 2014, in celebration of the opening of the Charles James: Beyond Fashion exhibition and the new Anna Wintour Costume Center. The 2014 benefit was chaired by Aerin Lauder and co-chaired by Bradley Cooper, Oscar de la Renta, Sarah Jessica Parker, Lizzie and Jonathan Tisch, and Anna Wintour.
This year guests were asked to follow a white tie with decorations dress code, and designer Tom Ford, Co-Chair Bradley Cooper and actor Colin Firth dressed the part in TOM FORD tailcoats, while actor Hugh Jackman and New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady went for more traditional TOM FORD black tie looks. [Editor Note: contrary to numerous reports, actor Benedict Cumberbatch wore Ralph Lauren, not TOM FORD, to the event.]
Take Me to the Poll…
In anticipation of this evening’s Costume Institute Gala Benefit, held in celebration of the Charles James: Beyond Fashion exhibit at the Met, a quick flashback to the 2013 Met Gala. Joan wore a black inuit embroidered on illusion tulle gown from the Fall/Winter 2013 Womenswear Collection with black clutch and mesh sandals, while Mr. Ford looked dapper in a black satin peak double breasted tuxedo with bow tie, studs, cufflinks and a white pocket square with patent evening shoes. I loved this gown then, and I love it just as much today!
